GAMA ENERJI

The total installed capacity of the Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries licenses in Turkey is 1,101.8 MW (1,066.2 MW corresponding to the shares). The total water supply capacity is 100 million m3/year. GAMA Enerji shareholders are, GAMA Holding A.Ş., which owns 50.5% of the shares, Global Power Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which owns 30% of the shares, International Finance Corporation which has a 14.5% share and IFC GIF Holding I Coöperatief U.A. which owns 5% of the shares.
